Thank you so much for sharing in our excitement as we prepare to welcome baby Dunn into our lives!
Nick and I are thrilled to welcome our first little girl into our family, and our larger families. As you know, we try to use resources wisely and minimize environmental impact -- if we can care for the Earth, we help to care for the future of humanity. We would like your help in keeping with these goals as you support our growing family. Thank you for your generosity!
We have come up with ideas for less traditional baby gifts. For example, cute baby outfits are a must! But consider putting the money back in to your community by purchasing gently used baby clothing from a local thrift store. We plan to use cloth diapers such as gDiapers, which need both reusable liners for home and disposable liners for when we are away.
*Anything with a star is something we'd like a little more!*

We would love and appreciate any of your handmade items because they often last longer. If you plan to sew, please consider organic fabrics (usually cotton or wool) and cloth that is not flame-retardant for our protection. Many of these items can also be found on the artsy shopping site Etsy.com.

And remember to avoid dangerous things, for example bisphenol-A (BPA). Some flame retardants used on infant pajamas are known carcinogens. Please avoid flame-retardant clothing if possible.
